Can I tour your facility?

Yes! We welcome customers and prospective clients to visit our facility to meet the team and tour the operations.

Can Acro Display handle a multi-location store roll-out for our fixtures?

Yes! We have warehouse space dedicated for roll-out programs, and the experience and ability to expand into flexible warehousing close to our Pennsauken, NJ location for programs that would exceed current capacity.

What type of machine/capabilities do you have?

CNC Routing, Contour Banding, Edge Banding, Post forming up to 12’ parts, Miter folding Corian, Miter folding vinyl, and Assembly.

Do you offer design services?

Yes, we have designers and engineers on staff that can develop a product for a client or we can take a client’s drawing and provide feedback on how to value-engineer the product for manufacturability.

Can you provide CAD drawings, prototypes, and/or renderings of our products?

Yes, we frequently provide this service as part of the product development process. 

What type of finish materials do you offer?

We work with many types of materials to deliver the best solutions for our customers.  Our in-house manufacturing is primarily focused on woods, hard-surface materials, and laminates.   We have long-standing partnerships with suppliers providing acrylic, metal, lighting, and plastics which get incorporated into many of our designs in the assembly process of a finished product.

Do you install the products into my store?

We have logistic team members who can arrange for installation in your store with suppliers we have worked with for many years. Additionally, we support the installation, when required, with our project managers to oversee the installation to assure quality and reduced set up time.

What is the standard lead-time for products once our company provides a purchase order?

Typical lead-time is 4-6 weeks from purchase order to shipment depending on the quantity and availability of raw materials.

Would getting my fixture manufactured outside of the USA save me money and provide the same quality?

Overseas manufacturing typically provides various trade-offs that need to be carefully considered. Acro has a direct employee in China who is responsible for our supply chain partners, on-going quality audits, and inspections to assure the product meets and exceeds customer expectations. Consideration of volume, lead-times, ocean freight vs. air freight costs, location of demand for the fixtures, and import taxes are just some of the critical factors that go into the decision of where best to produce products.

Does your products come with a warranty?

Yes. We provide a one-year warranty on all products. Most importantly, we take pride in our track record of never losing a customer due to the quality of our products or service.
